Online Banks or microfinance banks such as the popular Opay, Monie Point, Palmpay, Raven Bank and the rest are banks where about 70% of their banking activities or services are operated online. Whereas, commercial banks like Ecobank, UBA, Polaris Bank, First Bank, Access Bank, and so on run their operations mostly offline and onsite.
I wish to know which one is more beneficial for people to run their businesses with?
