1) Comparison

You are a newbie at level 1 but you're comparing yourself with a writer at level 10.

Isn't that ridiculous?

I want you to take your time and get better at your craft.

Stop comparing yourself with other writers at higher level.

It's depressing if your write-up doesn't come out nice like their own.

Henceforth, be open-minded and be ready to learn.

*Do not compete with those you should learn from!*

2) Not reading every day

One of the secrets to becoming a proficient writer is reading.

Do not joke with this.

Make sure you read and learn something new every day as a newbie in writing.

3) Failing to have a coach

If you're someone who really wants to take your writing to a very good level, you need to have a coach.

Have someone that will guide you.

Believe me, you cannot figure out everything on your own as a newbie.

And even if you will, it'll take a very long period of time.

Why not fasten your journey by having a coach?

You need someone to look into your articles and correct you at the beginners stage.

4) Plagiarizing people's work

Heii, this particular one!

Do not try it please. It is a crime to copy and paste people's work without giving them credit.

As a newbie, learn to write in your own words and language.

Don't copy people's work and give credit to yourself.

5) Not writing every day

As you keep procrastinating, the days keep adding up.

Days turn into week, weeks turn into month, and months turn into year.

Don't you know that consistency is the key?

You must write every day if you want to gain mastery in this skill!

6) Procrastination
Know this: The more you procrastinate, the more you get lazier.

And consequently, ideas will not come again.

The more you write, the more ideas keep flowing.

So, why would you procrastinate if you want to get better in writing?
