What is financial intelligence?

Generally from my point of view, Financial Intelligence is a type of intelligence constituted of the knowledge and skills gained from understanding finance and accounting principles in the business world and understanding how money is being used.

I believe it involves understanding money and finance and how to apply them wisely.

This involves a lot of things.

What do you think?

A financially intelligent person will spend money wisely.
A financially intelligent person will not impulse buy.
He will work with budget.
He will also spend on assets rather than liabilities.
