What is the most embarrassing moment of your life?


Well, I was just 15 years old.

I went to a convenience store to buy some snacks.

When I reached the cashier, there were about 8 people behind me, waiting in line.

As I was paying, my eyes went to this fancy and cute looking small box.

It has a picture of fruit on it and was very bright, I was curious.

I picked it up from the shelf, thinking it was a candy or chewing gum, and put it on the cashier.

Then the clerk looked at me like this.
I looked at him back in confusion.

Clerk : “How old are you?”

Me : “15, why?”

Clerk : “Are you sure you want to buy that?” *lifting the small box up*

Apparently the people behind me saw the box too and began to giggle like hell. I was thinking what the hell?

Me : “Yeah, I’m sure.”

Clerk : “Are you REALLY SURE???”

Me : “Yes! Am I not allowed to buy some candy?”

Then everybody burst with laughter.

I just stood there, questioning the situation, what the actual fudgecake is happening?!

Clerk : “Please read the description on the box carefully..” *handing back the box to me while giggling*

Hmm, what’s wrong with them seriously.. I thought. This is just a strawberry flavored—


CONDOM????!!!

I freaked the hell out!

Upon my expression, everybody laughed at me again. I quickly put the box back on the shelf and quickly ask the clerk to process my payment.

I left the store looking as red as a tomato.

Moral lesson : Always read the description.
